The BIXOLON SRP-Q300II is a compact, cube-shaped 80 mm thermal receipt printer for retail counters, cafés, restaurants and mPOS set-ups where every centimetre counts. It prints at 203 dpi and up to 250 mm/s, and as standard offers USB, Ethernet, three USB host ports and a USB Type-C port that can charge a tablet or smartphone with up to 18 W. This version, SRP-Q300IIK/BEG, has USB + Ethernet (plus USB-C and three USB host ports); it comes with a power supply, an EU power cord and a starter roll – the USB cable is sold separately.

⚠️ Please note: no interface cable is included. The printer cannot be connected to your computer or POS system without one – please order a USB cable separately: the Bixolon USB-KAB-G USB cable (USB A to B) fits, as does any standard USB 2.0 A-to-B printer cable. For a network connection, use a standard RJ45 Ethernet patch cable (not included).
💡 Useful extras: a USB C-C cable (94ACC0467) for connecting and charging a tablet via the USB Type-C port; 80 mm thermal paper rolls (Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60, 80 mm (3013286) or Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80, 80 mm (3012973)); the Bixolon RBC-100 external buzzer or the Bixolon RMB-100G B-Melodist (sound + flashing light) – audible alerts for new orders in busy kitchens; the Bixolon BCD-3000 mini customer display; the Bixolon RTS-Q300 tablet stand for a compact mPOS station with a 10-inch tablet. The drawer kick-out port opens a cash drawer automatically with every sale – two drawers can be connected via a Y-type adapter.

- Cash drawers, alerts and displays – the drawer port drives up to two cash drawers (via a Y-type adapter); add an external buzzer, a B-Melodist or the BCD-3000 mini customer display.
- Broad driver support – BXL/POS command set with Windows, OPOS/JPOS, Linux/macOS CUPS and Virtual COM drivers for most POS software; ENERGY STAR certified.
