TSC PEX-1001 Series (PEX-1121-A001-0002)

The TSC PEX-1121 from the PEX-1001 Series is an enterprise-level 4-inch print engine for label applicators and print-and-apply lines. Its die-cast construction is bolt-compatible with mainstream applicators, and the commonly used GPIO interface supports mainstream applicator emulations for fast integration. It prints in thermal transfer and direct thermal at 203 dpi and up to 457 mm/s – superior speed in its class – registers labels as small as 5 mm and uses 600 m ribbons; GPIO (DB15F) + parallel, USB, RS-232, Ethernet and a USB host port are standard. This version, PEX-1121-A001-0002, is the left-hand (LH) version – choose the orientation that matches the media path of your applicator.

• Multi-connectivity – GPIO (DB15F) + Centronics parallel, USB 2.0, RS-232, 10/100 Ethernet and a front USB host port; dealer options: DB25F GPIO and a Wi-Fi 802.11ac + Bluetooth 4.2 combo module.
• 3.5-inch colour display – 320 × 240 colour TFT with six buttons and a status indicator for quick set-up.
• Easy replacement of other brands – TSPL-EZD with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL compatibility runs existing label formats unchanged.
• TSC Sense Care and remote management – automatic detection of printhead bad dots during printing, plus SOTI Connect (via Ethernet or Wi-Fi) and TSC Console.
• Easy maintenance – a rear drawer gives quick access to maintenance parts, and the modular media drive system is quick and easy to replace.
