The Citizen CT-S310II is a compact, energy-efficient 80 mm thermal receipt printer that delivers great performance at an entry-level price – ideal for retail checkouts, cafés, restaurants and service counters. It prints 203 dpi receipts at up to 160 mm/s on 80 or 58 mm paper, has a built-in ENERGY STAR power supply (no external power brick) and a self-retracting auto-cutter that clears paper jams by itself. This version, CTS310IIEBK, is black with USB + serial (RS-232) interfaces; it comes ready to use with a USB cable and a power cord with an EU (Schuko) plug.

💡 Useful extras: thermal paper rolls – 80 mm (Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 (3013286) or Citizen 3623200) or 58 mm (Citizen 3621900); the Bixolon SER-KAB-9-9 RS-232 cable (9-pin) for a serial connection. The drawer kick-out port (24 V) can open up to two standard cash drawers automatically with every sale.

- Logos, fonts and barcodes – non-volatile memory for logos and characters; prints 1D barcodes, GS1 DataBar, PDF417 and QR codes.
- ESC/POS compatible – Windows, OPOS, JavaPOS, Linux (CUPS) and macOS drivers; works with most POS software, including Loyverse.
