Epson TM-L100 Label & Receipt Printer (C31CJ52121)

The Epson TM-L100 is a compact 2-in-1 printer for liner-free labels and thermal receipts – ideal for food delivery and takeaway order labels, cafés and quick-service restaurants, retail price and shelf labels, pharmacies and logistics. It prints sharp 203 dpi labels and receipts at up to 170 mm/s on 80, 58 or 40 mm media, and because liner-free labels have no backing paper, there is nothing to peel off and no liner waste to throw away. A label-taken sensor prints one label at a time, the auto-cutter cuts each one cleanly, and embedded Epson ePOS technology makes it easy to integrate with existing POS, web and cloud systems. This version, C31CJ52121, is the USB + Ethernet + Bluetooth model with tablet charge & sync – print wirelessly from tablets and smartphones over Bluetooth, or charge and connect an iPad via USB-A; two more USB-A ports take peripherals; it comes with an Epson PS-190 power supply and a power cord with an EU (Schuko) plug – interface cables and paper rolls are not included.

• Mobile, web and cloud printing – Epson ePOS-Print, ePOS-Device and the ePOS SDK let you print from iOS, Android and Windows devices and web apps; Server Direct Print fetches orders straight from a web server – perfect for online ordering and delivery platforms.
• Upright or flat – stand it vertically to save counter space (only 140 mm wide), lay it horizontally, or mount it on a wall with the optional OT-WH30 bracket.
• Cash drawer and buzzer – the drawer kick-out port opens a cash drawer automatically; the optional OT-BZ20 external buzzer alerts staff to new orders.
• Built for reliability – MTBF of 360,000 hours, a print head life of 150 km on receipt paper (75 km on liner-free labels) and a 12-month warranty, extendable up to 5 years with Epson CoverPlus.
