BIXOLON SLP-DX220 / DX223 Desktop Label Printer
The BIXOLON SLP-DX220 is a compact 2-inch direct thermal desktop label printer for retail counters, pharmacies, food service, clinics and offices that print small labels next to the till or workstation. It prints 203 dpi — or 300 dpi as the SLP-DX223 — with no ribbon, and every model has USB with a choice of Bluetooth, Ethernet or RS232 as the second interface. Its small footprint suits price, product, shelf, pharmacy and ingredient labels where desk space is limited.

- SLP-DX220BG / SLP-DX223BG — USB and Bluetooth. Prints from a tablet, phone or mobile POS without a cable.
- SLP-DX220EG / SLP-DX223EG — USB and Ethernet. Shared on the network by several PCs or a POS system.
- SLP-DX220G / SLP-DX223G — USB and RS232. For scales, legacy POS and serial-connected equipment.
203 or 300 dpi? The SLP-DX220 prints 203 dpi — enough for price, shelf and product labels. The SLP-DX223 prints 300 dpi for very small labels, fine text and small 2D barcodes. Both come in the same three interface versions.

- Pharmacy and clinics — small dispensing and sample labels
- Food service — date, ingredient and allergen labels for prepared food
All SLP-DX220 and SLP-DX223 printers below are CE certified and covered by manufacturer warranty; a cutter and a label peeler are available as accessories. Direct thermal labels fade over time and with heat, so use them for short-life labels. See our labels.
