CipherLab 2500 Barcode Scanner (A2500SCBSR001)

The CipherLab 2500 is a corded, business-rugged handheld scanner with a fast 1D linear imager – it reads 1D barcodes at 578 scans per second, including poorly printed, low-contrast and high-density codes down to 3 mil, as well as 1D barcodes on phone screens. Part of CipherLab's business-rugged 2500 series, it is IP65 sealed against dust and water jets and withstands multiple 1.8 m drops onto concrete – a reliable choice for retail checkouts, receiving and shipping, inventory checks and work-in-process tracking. This version, A2500SCBSR001, is the RS232 kit: it is supplied with an RS232 (serial) cable – please note that the 5 V power adapter required for RS232 operation is not included.

• Hands-free scanning – in auto-sense mode, the scanner reads barcodes automatically when placed in the optional adjustable stand.
• Easy setup – configure symbologies, data editing and interfaces with configuration barcodes or the Windows-based CipherLab ScanMaster software; OPOS supported and 15 keyboard languages.
• Works in any light – reads reliably in ambient light up to 100,000 lux, even outdoors.
