RAM Mounts Diamond Ball Base with 2-Hole AMPS Pattern, C-Size (RAM-238U) pairs a C-size (1.5") rubber ball with a compact 61.7 × 33.3 mm (2.43" × 1.31") diamond plate. Its two holes, 48.6 mm (1.912") apart, follow the industry-standard 2-hole AMPS pattern, so the base fits a wide range of RAM device holders and cradles – or can be screwed straight onto a dashboard, console or other flat surface. Made of powder-coated marine-grade aluminium, it is also the ball base RAM supplies with the Tough-Mag magnetic base RAM-238-MAG88U.
